I Heart Little Mistress

Hi Sweets

I've recently found a new brand with I LOVE! The brand is called Little Mistress and I stumbled upon it when browsing House of Fraser the other week. I saw this dress and fell totally in love with it, aswell as pretty much all the other dresses in their range.

The Little Mistress style is so cute and light and girly, I'm totally hooked. The dress I'm wearing is called
the Little Mistress Cream with Flower Detail Prom Dress... (Phew, not the most catchy of names huh?) and retails for £55.00. Not the cheapest dress I've ever bought but I did get a pretty nifty discount which kept me happy. Check out their website for some other gorgeous dresses.

The only down side I found is that the skirt kept flapping up and getting caught on the netting underneath it, making a not-so-attractive lumpy look all the way around my thighs! (not that my thighs need any more size!)

Love the back detail, too cute!

The Easy Curl

When I'm being exceptionally lazy but still want rough beach curls I use this technique. Wash and dry hair, apply a sea salt spray or texturizing spray. I recommend KMS Sea Salt spray (Click to read my review on KMS).

After spritzing liberally drop your head down to your knees so your hair is flowing towards the floor, grab the bottom of your hair and begin to twist and twist up into a messy bun. I like to tie into place with a band but pins work just as well. Then, last but not least.. sleep on it! As you'll see from my 'After' photos I have major morning face! Simple, messy, natural looking curls and a comfy nights sleep. Perfect :)

KMS California Sea Salt Spray Review

Heya Chickies,

This is my latest LOVE product. I asked for the KMS Sea Salt Spray for Christmas from my lovely boyf and was lucky enough to get it. yay!

So I've spent the last couple of months testing in out and I really do love it. It's a light weight spritz spray that pretty much does what it says on the tin. I personally love a sea salt spray as I am always in search of the perfect 'beach curl' (I have poker straight locks so, of course... I love curly hair! never happy hehe)

The spray works best on dry hair. I always brush my hair after drying it and found that when spritzing on the spray before brushing caused tangling. I usually use it just after I've curled my locks to give them a less perfected look.. a bit more untamed!
